Hi there! I’m Sia

I’m a product designer with a soft spot for messy workflows, tangled systems, and edge cases nobody wants to touch. Hand me the chaos and I'll turn it into something that feels calm, clear, and surprisingly simple to use.

KinSync APP

Product & Brand Design

The family control tower: traffic-aware alerts that catch a late pickup before it happens, automatic event import from school PDFs and emails, and a paywall that's upfront about what's actually free.

OneStop 2.0

Product Design

A sprawling internal ops tool got a from-the-ground-up redesign: same power, a fraction of the clicks. Retrofitting years of legacy workflow onto one clear system, without losing the people who lived in the old one.

Tattoo Day App

Product & Brand Design

Booking a tattoo shouldn't feel like paperwork. A mobile app that makes finding an artist, comparing styles, and locking in a slot feel as good as the ink itself.

TimeWix

Product & Brand Design

Time tracking that people actually want to open. Built for freelancers who'd rather be doing the work than logging it - quiet, fast, and honest about where the hours went.

HOW I WORK— no mystery here

Three steps, every time

  1. Find the real problem

Before any pixels, I sit with the mess: user interviews, support tickets, whatever's lying around until I know what's actually broken, not just what looks broken.

  2. Turn complexity into clarity

I map the chaos, cut what doesn't earn its place, and turn tangled flows into something a first-time user can follow without a tutorial.

  3. Design together

I build in the open: sharing early, testing often, and looping in engineering before it's too late to change course.

KIND WORDS— they had to say something

What it's like to work with me

  • I want to thank you for all the work you've done over the years on OneStop 2.0. I appreciate your effort, dedication, and great ideas in trying to make life easier and more efficient for everyone. I know it wasn't easy retrofitting existing designs, and you did a wonderful job bringing it all together.
